ANALYTICS TOOLS AND ADVERTISING

GOOGLE ANALYTICS

This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”. These are text files that are stored on your computer and that allow an analysis of the use of the website by you. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Due to the data transfer and storage in the USA, there is a possibility of access for state authorities. Google may combine this data with your other usage data, such as search history, personal accounts, usage data of your devices, and any other data Google has about you. We have no influence on this.

We use Google Analytics to analyze and regularly improve the use of our website. With the help of the statistics obtained, we can improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. In addition, Google uses the collected data for its own purposes and therefore does not act as our processor.

The storage of Google Analytics cookies is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.

IP ANONYMIZATION

We have activated the IP anonymization function (extension “_anonymizeIp()”) on this website. Your IP address will be shortened by Google within the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area prior to transmission to the USA. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity, and provide other services regarding website activity and Internet usage for the website operator.

This data comes from interest-based advertising from Google and third-party visitor data. This collected data cannot be attributed to any specific person. You can disable this feature at any time by adjusting the ads settings in your Google account or you can generally prohibit the collection of your data by Google Analytics as described in the section “Objection of data collection”.

PLUGINS AND TOOLS

GOOGLE MAPS

This site uses the Google Maps map service via an API. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

To use the functions of Google Maps, it is necessary to store your IP address. This information is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The data transfer takes place regardless of whether Google provides a user account through which you are logged in, or whether no user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be directly assigned to your account. If you do not want the assignment with your profile at Google, you have to log out before activating the button. Google stores your data as user profiles and uses them for purposes of advertising, market research, and/or demand-oriented design of its website. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact Google to exercise this right. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transfer.

We use Google Maps to display interactive maps directly on the website and to make the map function convenient to use by allowing you to easily find the places we indicate on the website. The legal basis for the use of Google Maps is your given consent within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.

In addition, we point out on our website the possibility of giving us a rating on Google Maps. To be able to read the already existing ratings and fill out the rating form, you will be redirected directly to the Google Maps page. We do not process any personal data in this context, as Google is solely responsible for processing your data.
