Qualification

Maximilian has been working as an attorney-at-law in the field of industrial property rights, since 2010. He worked for renowned major law firms in Düsseldorf and Munich before joining ERNICKE in 2015. This involved him working in numerous international infringement disputes and validity proceedings.

He advises on patent, trademark and competition law, particularly on infringement proceedings, validity proceedings, license agreements, employee invention law and know-how protection.
