Katharina was admitted to the bar in 2018 and advises in the field of intellectual property rights. She completed her first state exam with subsequent doctoral studies at the university of Bayreuth and her legal clerkship at the Munich Higher Regional Court district.
During her studies and doctorate she specialized in the field of industrial property rights and gained practical experience at several major law firms renowned for their work in this field.
Katharina worked for a well-known, international law firm in Munich, before joining ERNICKE in February 2020. There she advised and represented German and international clients on the protection and enforcement of industrial property rights with special focus on patent litigation.
